Terms

Picks are for fun. A stake is play money: it has no cash value, cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything, and there are no prizes. Baseline does not take bets and is not a gambling service.

Scores, stats, salaries, injuries, odds and predictions are collected from third-party sources and provided as is. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing here is betting, financial or professional advice, and you rely on it at your own risk.

Signing in is optional. Use the site as it is offered: do not try to disrupt it, get around its limits, or collect its content in bulk. An account that does can be blocked or removed. You can delete your own account at any time from the account page. What is kept about an account is set out in the privacy policy.

Baseline is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, its teams or players, or any of the sources its data comes from. Team and player names belong to their owners.

The site is offered without any warranty and may change, break or go away without notice. These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last were.
